Jay Fraser

Jay is a business and operational leader with over 17 years of experience in the technology and government industries. He served 8 years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer and deployed multiple times across the globe. His final tour of duty was as Chief Operations Officer at the Infantry Training Battalion in Camp Pendleton, California. In 2015, Jay joined Hewlett Packard and spent 8 years at the original Silicon Valley startup! He served in a variety of roles and led global teams in HPs personal computer services, virtual reality, and data science business units. In 2024, Jay joined Mojo as the head of business development.

Jay received his BS from the United States Naval Academy and MBA from University of California Los Angeles. He currently lives in San Diego.
