Dr. Ludovic Godet

Dr. Ludovic Godet is Managing Director in the Office of the CTO at Applied Materials, Inc. Over more than 20 years at Applied, he has spearheaded numerous exploratory R&D efforts generating over 150 patents, enabling new technology introduction, new markets and business models. He currently leads the Photonics Platforms R&D and Engineering Team and drives new programs in AR/VR and the Flat Optics space. He has a Ph.D. in Material Science with specialty in Plasma and Thin Film Technology from the University of Nantes.
